Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to the recent complaint [redacted] had contacted me late on a Monday eveningShe had told me another plumber gave her my name because they couldn't get to itI had explained to her I also could not get to it that night This was not a big deal since they had another bathroom [redacted] had explained to me that her son was taking the toilet offI had told her to make sure that she plugged the pipe so the sewer gas would not come into the houseAt this time I had told her she would be looking around $for installing a toilet supplied by them and some basic materials such as wax ring johnny bolts etcand half hour labor not an hourThe hour was if I was going to pull the toilet and it would of been more [redacted] had explained she would pick up the toilet I had mentioned I could get a reasonably good toilet for her for around $Our conversation had ended there with her to call me back whether or not she would have the toilet or if I needed to pick one up.Around 6:- 7pm I was contacted by [redacted] that she indeed picked up her own toilet but she was concerned that there would be a problem because the closet collar was above the floor a lotI explained to her I was in her area and was leaving a prior commitment and would come over and look at itI was at ***'s house within minutesWe went and looked at her concern with the closet collarIt was close to 3/4" above the floorI explained it to her that the price I quoted was no longer accurateI would be as efficient as possible At this time she asked if there was anything they could do to helpI had told here that if she would take the toilet out of the box and get into the basement this would help save timeThis was a 15-minute conversationI had set it up to be at her house in the morningThe next morning I was on timeI started by removing the old collar and the other material from inside pipe, cut the pipe flush with the concrete floor and installed and anchored new collar to concreteI then finished installing toilet and made adjustmentsI believe I was nothing but professionalI had moved my scheduled day to fit [redacted] in that morning to accommodate herI was very clear that the price was going to be differentSincerely, [redacted] H2O Plumbing Solutions LLC
