[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Complaint # [redacted] December 29, Nelson's Plumbing & heating are not being truthful in regards to what actually happenedI am sending a copy of the orginal receipt that was given me in my home at the time that MrNelson accessed the problemHe went to his truck and wrote this receipt up when he brought the receipt back to me it had $already crossed out and $under itOnly one person came to do the job on the 4th of December, not two and he signed my receipt He did not have a work orderThe tank is not attached to the ceiling, it is attached to wood on the side of a beamThere is only one band holding this huge tankWhen I complained the worker called the office becausee I said that the job was not worth the price and they gave me a $senior citizens discountAfter he left and the heat was on for a while I checked and the gauge was in the redI called the officeMrNeslson came out on the 6th of December in the morning I have to have the heat off at night while I am asleep so it won't go in the red while I am asleepHe did not wait long enough for the heat to get to the point that makes it go into the red and he said call the office when it goes in the red, I did I did return Claire's call on Friday the 26thShe had two different men come out on Saturday December 27th, so they said it was not them that did the work They waited a while then left and when they returned the gauge was in the redThey said they will get back to me and left I am attaching my receipt, my picture of the gauge, my picture of the tank and a copy of the Gas company yellow warning ticket, that plainly state the gauge goes over Regards, [redacted]

January 22, 2015Dear [redacted] :I stand corrected, Edward did the job by himself, I called Jack on his job to ask what was said at the time MrNelson and Jack gave the estimate, it was exactly what was stated on the paper work.I just talked to [redacted] and her daugher, [redacted] , I wanted to send one of our Sub Contractors to give another assessment[redacted] said we can not go to their home unless you says we can goThey are letting you handle this matter.Thank You,Claire K,

Revdex.com: January 24, On January 22, Nelson's Plumbing & heating office called me to say they were sending experts in fixing boiler systems to my home I was very reluctant, after sending out many plumbers that were obviously not there to fix the problem My daughter and I decided to call Revdex.com about letting another plumber into our home, and we were advised to go ahead and let them enterI called Nelson’s Plumbing to set up an appointment They sent two men out the same day, Subcontractors, Tom and Chris They said they were experts in fixing boiler heating systems They took care of the problem after returning a second day They were professional and courteous They were determined to fix the problem and to make sure we had heat with no problems I am satisfied that finally after much distress for the last months that I have heatWhy didn’t Nelson’s Plumbing send Tom and Chris who specialized in boiler heaters I do not know? It could have saved a lot of unhealthy grief.I would like to thank the Revdex.com, because I know this would not been resolved without you.I would also like to thank Tom and Chris who cared enough to make sure I have heat without worrying about the gauge going in the red and water sprouting out all overThank You [redacted]

I am faxing you a copy of the work order that was completed December 4, We installed a LARGER Xtrol tank and the tank was installed as we do all tanks with the bands attached to ceilingWhen MrNelson and Jack do an
estimate, customer is there going over the work to be done, then written down and is leftat the propertyCustomer was given $discount at the time it was written Edand Jack were sent directly to the job side morning of December 4, 2014, told what to do and to look at the estimate, do exactly what the order stated.** *** and her daughter, ***, were upset that MrNelson did not do the job himself and wanted him to double check the work, did not like the supports and it was crooked, I scheduled MrNelson to check it on Saturday December 6, 2014, He want and said it fine and the gauge was not in the red*** *** called when work was done and wanted ANOTHER discount because she was upset, I gave her a discount of 10%.I have called *** *** this morning and left a message, we would like to send our Mechanic, Mark, on Friday the 26th to see if we can correct any problem, waiting to hear from her .Thank You,Claire K, bookkeeper

December 11, our Plumber, Mark, went to *** Street due to no heat and needed a heat exchangerHe has a Air Pro Heater which was installed years ago, most heaters have a year warranty or heat exchangers and they must be maintained every year in order for warranty to be ir, placeI did
ask Mr*** when was the last time it was cleaned & lubricated, he did not know.I called all our local supply houses to find a heat exchanger for this heater since this Company is out of business, none of them had anything to put in this heaterI also called *** in South Carolina, *** *** in Milwaukee, *** *** *** in Boise, Idaho they do not make heaters and Johnson controls, all said no, they all said it is yrs old and even if they had an exchanger, the customer would get very little money toward another heaterALL WARRANTIES ARE PRO RATED.Lisa and I talked to Mr*** and told him the above, he was very angryWe gave him a price for a new 125,BTU house heater of $ 3, and would give him a discount of $500.00, he would be paying $2,700.00.Thank You,Claire Kuhnle

I did ask Mr. [redacted] when was the last time it was cleaned & lubricated, he did not know.I called all our local supply houses to find a heat exchanger for this heater since this Company is out of business, none of them had anything to put in this heater. Nelson's Plumbing & heating are not being truthful in regards to what actually happened. I am sending a copy of the orginal receipt that was given me in my home at the time that Mr. Nelson accessed the problem. He went to his truck and wrote this receipt up when he brought the receipt back to me it had $525 already crossed out and $425 under it. Only one person came to do the job on the 4th of December, not two and he signed my receipt.  He did not have a work order. The tank is not attached to the ceiling, it is attached to wood on the side of a beam. There is only one band holding this huge tank. When I complained the worker called the office becausee I said that the job was not worth the price and they gave me a $42.00 senior citizens discount. After he left and the heat was on for a while I checked and the gauge was in the red. I called the office. Mr. Neslson came out on the 6th of December in the morning .  I have to have the heat off at night while I am asleep so it won't go in the red while I am asleep. He did not wait long enough for the heat to get to the point that makes it go into the red and he said call the office when it goes in the red, I did.
I did return Claire's call on Friday the 26th. She had two different men come out on Saturday December 27th, so they said it was not them that did the work.  They waited a while then left and when they returned the gauge was in the red. They said they will get back to me and left.
I am attaching my receipt, my picture of the gauge, my picture of the tank and a copy of the Gas company yellow warning ticket, that plainly state the gauge goes over 30.
