This is my response to the complaint filed with Central Ohio Revdex.com, Complaint ID 11925521.When calling a customer to advise them of a late arrival, an alternative is always offered, such as a reschedule to a more suitable day and time Depending on how much grease build-up, on hood/exhaust and
fan, the cleaning process can take this long (6pm to 2am), and even longer The "pressure washer" used IS equipped with a heating source, We use high pressure steaming hot water to clean Please see attachment for disclaimer found on all invoicing The service includes the cleof area that was serviced, not the cleaning of the entire kitchen If I was so obviously high on something, why wasn't I asked to leave? The person left on-site while we worked, continually interrupted, asking what we were doing, why is this taking so long, etcAnd to be honest, she seemed extremely intoxicated to me So instead of arguing with that, we finished ASAP, reduced the invoice by almost half, got a signature on the invoice and received check and left.I have no intention of refunding any $$.As far as the leaving of messages and the final conversation with this person who made this complaint, She was rude, demanding, and very loud, She never let me get a word in edge wise, to explain the equipment used or the cleaning process So I stated that I was done with this conversation and hung up.
