I used H2Only Cleaners for the first time and I could not be more pleased. They cleaned 4 linen, cotton-lined drapery panels and 4 dupioni silk, cotton-lined drapery panels whose cost was over $100 per panel. I was drawn to their chemical-free, eco-conscious business ethic. I picked up the draperies today. I immediately smelled them (while in the store) and could detect no chemical smell whatsoever. Even more surprising, H2Only charged me less than half of the price that I paid to my former dry cleaner. When I arrived home and looked more closely, I found that all of the stains were removed, including raspberry soda, with no damage to the fabric or color. I highly recommend this business for their quality, professionalism, price, and eco-consciousness.","pos-1

Pricing suspect at drycleaners. Nothing is posted and I could not get a straight answer on pricing.This is the first time using this drycleaners. I had a coupon for bring in 10 and get 5 done free. The coupon did not say it would be the least priced items and that there would be lots of additional charges.There is no pricing posted and the information I was given changed repeatedly. The sales slip has no detail on it and when pushed the salesperson changed the amounts repeatedly to try to make it add up to the $46.85.I asked how it could be so high for 6 items (11 total and 5 free). The service person told me it would have been $55. Then, I was told it would be $67. Then, I was told there were all kinds of additional charges but none of this is itemized for me on the bill. Additionally, my items were not clean appropriately.Desired Settlement$46.85 was the amount paid. The service should have not been more than 6 items @ $3.00 or $18.PLEASE POST PRICING!
