H3O Water Systems

This issue was resolved directly with the client about a month ago We were assured by the client that they would remove this complaint being that their "assistant" was not authorized to anythingHistory on the job:The client claims that the job was not approved but this is not the case The home owner was there during the initial part of the leak detection but had to leave to the airport during the process The only thing that was done by H3O was a leak detection No other work was done so we do not understand the "shoddy work" segment of the compliant at allThis client has someone who handles all of their business around the house that did approve the additional time needed to compete the leak detection After the leak detection was completed, an invoice for the leak detection and an estimate for the repairs needed were sent to the client The invoice was never paid Upon the delay and unresponsiveness of the client, we tried to contact the client to collect the amount owed Only after they received a notice of the lien did the client respond to us After discussing this in great detail with the client, H3O agreed to not lien their property and credit their account to show a zero balance This is absolutely a complaint as no actual repair work was conducted for this client The leak detection and time spent conducting the detection was all that was done by H3O I would greatly appreciate that this not even be shown on our page as a complaint as it is a complete farce
