I was trying to purchase a 2005 Lincoln Navigator From A&H Auto.So I asked him was I able to make payments on the truck I told him I needed time to put money down $200.00 3/9/2019 for the deposit he said that is okay
I have Facebook message conversations and receipts to prove my side I gave him a total of $800 all together I believe he has sold the truck and he's not giving me my money back
The business advised the Revdex.com that the consumer tried to buy the vehicle AS-IS a year ago. Instead of paying the full down payment upfront, the consumer tried paying a couple hundred dollars here and there. The business has a 30 day time frame for that and advised that all deposits/down payments are non-refundable. The consumer did not make the full down payment and stopped reaching out to the business. Business stated that he tried contacting the consumer multiple times by phone and Facebook messenger with no response. The business will not hold a vehicle for a long period of time. Consumer reached out after a year for the vehicle, however the business is now prepared to sell the truck wholesale due to the amount of work they put into the vehicle. They consider this matter closed.
I am rejecting this response because:he's been BS in with me for the longest saying that he was going to give me my truck !he's been BS in with me for the longest saying that he was going to give me my truck and giving me the runaround $800 is a lot of money to lose
