To whom who concern After searching in several different websites and checked the manual of the car, I found out the back-fuse compartment is in TrunkI reached to the back of the car over their rare sits hardly and took these picturesThese pictures don’t show any corrosion at allThis company is trying hard to make excuses for this messed up jobAlso, I must let you know that My car broke down with the same exact problem as before I took it to the contemporary motor car on February 8thI called them, and they know their job which they warrantied for months was not successful and stable even for days, but they are not making this issue seriousAs a student, I have walked to my school since Friday 8th morning and used Uber for weekly grocery shoppingI got cold because I had to walk to the school in snowing day when I found my car has broken down and they left me miserable with their messjob please see the attachments
2-5-2018Revdex.com Case ID # [redacted] Dear [redacted] ,The repair completed on Mr***'s vehicle (to correct a no-start problem) in our service department had no correlation whatsoever to the electrical malfunctions he is now experiencingMy service technician did show Mr[redacted] the severe corrosion damage to the rear body control unit that would cause the intermittent problems as he described in the complaint All of the rear body systems are controlled by this damaged unitHe declined the work to repair.We can still do the repairs to correct this issue but the vehicle is out of warranty and he would be responsible for the costs.Thank You, George L***
