Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12658993, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is not trueI have witness Regards, [redacted] ***

2-17-2018Revdex.com*** *** RE: ID# *** Dear ***,As explained previously, customer had car towed in for a no-start complaint which we correctedCustomer picked up car and paid for the repair. The non-functioning tailgate has no correlation to the car not starting or the repair we did.I have confirmed with Mercedes-Benz tech line that there would be no relation of those two issues.Thank You, GL***

To the Revdex.com, I do not understand how an owner of a business-like Mercedes Benz dealership, who should always keep its business reputation excellent, is not reviewing its repair floor surveillance camera to check the moment my car got there, and his technician easily opened the tail gate to start working on my carThis business is only accepting its technician wordsThe technician is the one who is playing with this business reputationAs I have stated for Revdex.com before and certified mailed directly to the owner (MrGeorge L***), there are multiple witnesses who signed a paper that my car did not have any malfunction except the starting issue when it got to the business floorContemporary Motorcar has stated: “customer had the car towed in for a no-start complaint which we correctedThe customer picked up the car and paid for the repair.”! On 01/12/2018, I received a call stating my car was ready to pick upI went for picking my car upI paid for my car happily and signed whatever they usually ask customer signing as routine without reading it, then after this process, I received my car key and thanked the cashierLuckily before I drove out of the dealership, I decided to check if the tow hook, which had been used by the towing company that brought my car to the dealership was placed back in my trunkThen I found out the tailgate was not functioning, and then other rare electrical malfunctions started to appearAfter a long talk with the service manager (MrPeter C***), he looked in my eyes and told me my car had all these malfunctions before coming to the repair floorI was shocked and at the same time hurt that he told me I am lying! I called the police and have reported regarding these malfunctions before I move out my car from Contemporary Motorcar propertyContemporary Motorcar has blamed the issue on corrosion as an excuse for damaging my car, but they didn’t check my car plate that is from phoenix, ArizonaPhoenix has a dry and no humid weather which never causes any car have corrosionI came to Erie for school six months agoI can send you as many pictures as you want to show how great condition the interior and exterior of my car isI am told by expertise that for sure his technician messed up the fuses compartment during the time he was trying to diagnose, find and change the 40-amp fuse as it is stated in the service paperBy the way, I am repeating that their service was not successful and was temporary for only a few daysChanging a fuse is not finding the main problemHis technician not only did not fix the main issue which caused the fuse to blow but also messed up almost the whole vehicle electrical systemSince February 8th my car has the same issues as before I took it to Contemporary MotorcarI have called them, and they know about my broken car since February 8thI must state that my issue is not money, my issue is about my right not to have my property damagedEvery day I now have to walk to school and take an Uber for running errands and daily purposes, although I own a Mercedes Benz! That is not how a business should take care of its customers Thank you, *** ***

2-5-2018Revdex.com Case ID # [redacted]Dear [redacted],The repair completed on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle (to correct a no-start problem) in our service department had no correlation whatsoever to the electrical malfunctions he is now experiencing. My service technician did show Mr.[redacted] the severe...

corrosion damage to the rear body control unit that would cause the intermittent problems as he described in the complaint All of the rear body systems are controlled by this damaged unit. He declined the work to repair. We can still do the repairs to correct this issue but the vehicle is out of warranty and he would be responsible for the costs.Thank You, George L[redacted]

The Acura referenced in this complaint was worked on by another independent garage prior to ourinvolvement. Customer actually bought parts from us to take to this other garage. We did not leave offany cover although it may have been left off by someone at some point. As a measure of Goodwillafter...

hearing of his difficulties, we did credit over $250.00 from the repair order when car waseventually brought to us and properly repaired in our shop. The car is now repaired properly and final bill has been paid. After review we determine this matter to be closed.

To whom who concern   After searching in several different websites and checked the manual of the car, I found out the back-fuse compartment is in Trunk. I reached to the back of the car over their rare sits hardly and took these pictures. These pictures don’t show any corrosion at all. This company is trying hard to make excuses for this messed up job. Also, I must let you know that My car broke down with the same exact problem as before I took it to the contemporary motor car on February 8th. I called them, and they know their job which they warrantied for 12 months was not successful and stable even for 25 days, but they are not making this issue serious. As a student, I have walked to my school since Friday 8th morning and used Uber for weekly grocery shopping. I got cold because I had to walk to the school in snowing day when I found my car has broken down and they left me miserable with their messed-up job.   please see the attachments

[redacted] 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML320Car was towed to dealership for a No Start complaint.Customer authorized diagnosis and requested repair made to have car start and run. He told us of no other problems nor requested any other work.30 year Mercedes technician ran tests, completed his diagnosis and determined the 40amp starter engagement'fuse located in front of vehicle, under hood, was broken, not blown, needing replacement. It appears to have been impacted likely when a battery was replaced prior to our repair*Fuse was replaced, car properly started and ran thus completing customer complaintIn our diagnosis we discovered the Mercedes-Benz computer in vehicle had registered other fault codes previously relating to other problems not related to the No Start. One of these was a malfunction with the power liftgate not working or at best working intermittently.Technician went to rear of vehicle to check connections at the SAM (Signal Acquisition Module) control unit and discovered corrosion damage at connections, surely the fault of other things in rear of vehicle not working. This is not the rear fuse box, a different part altogether. Again, this is not related to the fuse replaced in the front of vehicle whatsoever.Customer was informed at time of pickup that we completed his repair as authorized but discovered other electrical problems as noted on repair order. He declined additional work. He paid his bill and took possession of the vehicle. He then went outside, called Millcreek Police, falsely told them about an altercation and vandalism damage done by us to his vehicle. He requested that my service manager be arrested by the responding officer* The officer was not pleased and informed Mr. [redacted] he could not arrest anyone and he did not act on civil complaints.Mr. [redacted] called me, George L[redacted], demanding all repairs be done at no charge. He was very belligerent and would NOT listen to any reasoning and proceeded to file complaints with the District Justice, Revdex.com and post on line false depictions of the events that took place.Mr. [redacted] has recently called the dealership requesting us to take his vehicle back in for other undiagnosed problems. We were advised by counsel to not engage additional work with Mr. [redacted] until the civil suit is decided.Thank You, George L[redacted], pres.Contemporary Motorcar Ltd.
