THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE ACTUAL MATTRESS THEY PURCHASED THE OLD MODEL WHICH IS PRODUCED BY A SERTA LINE HAS CHANGED AND WAS ON BACK ORDER THE CUSTOMER SIGNED AND KNEW THAT UPON PURCHASE BUT WANTED TO HAGGLE ON THE PRICE AFTER THE POINT OF SALE TO OUR KNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER WAS UPSET WITH THE WAIT DO TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS IN LINE WAITING TO PURCHASE AND FELT THE THEY SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE WAIT (ALL SERVICES HAD BEEN RENDERED AND ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED HAS BEEN RECEIVED ALSO GAVE CUSTOMER A TEMPORARY MATTRESS DURING THERE WAIT WHICH WHEN WE SWITCHED THEM OUT WE DONATED!

AS PER OUR RESPONSE ALL SERVICES RENDERED AND MERCHANDISED RECEIVED !

I am rejecting this response because:First of all there was no one in the store any of the times I was there so there was no line of customers or waiting. Second, I was never told the mattress I ordered was on back order. I never signed anything stating the mattress I purchased was on back order. I WAS told several different stories, the first of which was that the mattress I ordered was in the store I ordered it from. When I asked to load up the mattress, that is when I was told the mattress I ordered was not physically at that location but was at the Bountiful location. When the mattress was not delivered to the Layton location (the location I made the purchase from) by 4pm for my pickup as promised, I said I would drive to the Bountiful location to pick it up. Only then was it admitted that the mattress was not at that location either. I was then told the mattress was in Salt Lake and was being delivered to the Layton location. Once again, this proved to be false and after a great deal of arguing and threats on my part to report this business, they agreed to loan me the cheaper mattress they kept trying to push off onto me until they could get the mattress I purchased...a week later.  I am absolutely appalled at the blatant lies in their response to my Revdex.com complaint. I now have the mattress I purchased in my possession so there will not be any further interaction between myself and this company but the entire incident and now their response to my complaint sincerely scares me for anyone else who might do business with them.
