I have contacted Haan repeatedly to try to get a replacement part for an expensive steam cleaner. There is no way to order the part through their website and I can get no information from the company. They do not respond to either phone messages or online requests for customer service. This is a very simple matter for them to resolve if someone would simply reply.
Purchased haan versa steam pro steam cleaner from qvc loved product the was a problem I called haan I followed all their instructions sent it to them .didn't hear back so I called I was told yes the received it and a replacement would be sent out.nothing.called left messages emails nothing.they could have at least sent back my old one I miss it.
