behind our work the first time.      Mrs [redacted] has stated that she purchase a hind 1/4 of beef from our butcher shop in November.  Our records indicated she did purchase a hind quarter of beef in September .  She called us in January, four and a half months later  and informed us that the seals were broken on the vacuum sealed meat packages that she purchased. We told Mrs [redacted]  that we would replaced the beef. She called again a week later around  February 2nd . I informed her that it takes a few weeks to process the beef order and that it should be done by  approximately February 12th. We asked Mrs .[redacted] to  bring back the broken seals at the same time as her new beef  pick up , that way not to make a extra trip. Mrs. [redacted]  voice messages were returned in a timely manner.  I left three voice mails for Mrs [redacted] on status of her beef and told her to contact me if she had any questions or concerns.            Plan of Action: Both parties agreed that the order would be replaced after we initially made contact with Mrs. [redacted].   Thank You, [redacted] Haass' Family Butcher Shop 3997 Hazlettville Rd Dover De [redacted]
