time Mrs *** *** has stated that she purchase a hind 1/of beef from our butcher shop in November. Our records indicated she did purchase a hind quarter of beef in September . She called us in January, four and a half months later and informed us that the seals were broken on the vacuum sealed meat packages that she purchasedWe told Mrs *** that we would replaced the beefShe called again a week later around February 2nd I informed her that it takes a few weeks to process the beef order and that it should be done by approximately February 12thWe asked Mrs .*** to bring back the broken seals at the same time as her new beef pick up , that way not to make a extra tripMrs*** voice messages were returned in a timely manner. I left three voice mails for Mrs *** on status of her beef and told her to contact me if she had any questions or concerns.
