I am rejecting this because: It is misleading Yes, of course doesn't everyone want the best rate However, I WAS not informed of how EXACTLY they were going to get the best possible rate and the impact it would have on my creditThis is unacceptable

As stated previously a credit application was signed by all partys giving us permission to pull credit and submit to lenders to get a loan for the customer On average if a customer has good credit it will be sent to 2-lenders, with a customer with challenged credit it could be up to 6-lenders to get the loan approved The credit application signed reads as follow: Please read and sign below: By my signature below, I certify that I have completed this application to obtain credit, and that all information provided by me for this application is true, correct and complete.I authorize the Seller/Lessor* (collectively “You”) to make inquires and obtain information about me as You deem appropriate for the purpose of evaluating this application, and for any update, renewal,or extension of the credit received, including obtaining credit reports, contacting my credit references and/or my employer, and contacting any person or department about my driving recordI also authorizeYou to provide credit information about this transaction to others for the purpose of initiating, monitoring, and other purposes related to this accountI authorize You to give a copy of this application to anyonewho has agreed to pay debts incurred on the basis of this applicationIf I provided my e-mail address on this application, I agree that any communications and correspondence to me from any of the partiesto this transaction may be effected by e-mail.*Seller/Lessor:

This issue is very valid, but not malicious The used car manager obviously pressed the number instead of two, when pricing out the vehicle, pricing the vehicle @ instead of the correct price of We rarely have this problem happen With that said the Business
development person would agree with any price stated on line The problem was addressed and the price has been changed I would love to have the opportunity to make this right with the customer in way of dealer discounts, and or coupons to save them money on their purchase of a vehicle

On June 6th we let her take the vehicle pending finance approval, and she was going to go to her credit union. We were unable to obtain financing and called her 18 times, she would not answer or return any calls. On 6-24-16 by no other choice...

The customer has owned the vehicle for 6 months, we repaired her vehicle, as a good gesture. Then she asked us to buy her new tires, after she has driven the vehicle for months, for good will we said we would pay for half, and she declined. We have gone beyond to try to satisfy the customer, and she is still not satisfied. She is upset because she was not a part of the buying process.

I am rejecting this because:  It is misleading.  Yes, of course doesn't everyone want the best rate.  However, I WAS not informed of how EXACTLY they were  going to get the best possible rate and the impact it would have on my credit. This is unacceptable.
