I took my Mini Cooper to Habberstad Mini located in [redacted] for an oil changeWhile my car was in the shop I received a phone call informing me that my car needed new rear brake pads and new filters, and I authorized the work to be doneWhen I went to pick up my car I was told that they replaced the rear rotate as well and they billed me $for the workReplacement of the rear rotates was never mentioned previously and I never gave authorization to repair themI had been to a mechanic weeks prior for an inspection and he had told me that the rotary were fineThe man at the service desk told me that he "played with the numbers" and was able to get the work done for me cheaperI payed and took my car, as I need my car to get to workI called the same day and asked to speak with the service managerI was told he stepped out of the office but I could leave a voicemail mail, which I didHe did not call backI called the next day to speak to the service manager and was

BEWARE THEY PURPOSELY DAMAGE YOUR CAR WHEN YOU BRING IT IN FOR SERVICING AND REFUSE THEIR EXTRAS!
They made my car that ran like new, have engine issues by tampering with my gas I picked up my car for brake maintenance and the car was sluggish and had acceleration issues they tried to blame me when I only use premium gas, by saying that I did not put in premium gas, Steve the shop Forman was rude told me to go to another dealership, and tried to escort me off the premisesWhen they checked it out the second time, when I started the car, the smell of antifreeze came through the vents, this is the third time, I had brought my car in for maintenance and left with damages (deep scratches) from this dealership MrH*** I can only blame you for teaching your staff that these are acceptable practices

I cut ties with this company after a very bad experience over years agoI called said company to have my name removed from their mailing list after I received postal mail for a new carUnfortunately, I am still receiving mail from them to this day (more than years later)It is enoughI told them to stop & apparently I need a 3rd party in order for this to be achieved

I looked into the customers concern. Company policy is to send a Goodwill check when the manufacturer send us the funds. This usually takes 4 to 6 week. We then cut the check and mail it to the customer. Due to the customer being upset I am willing to cut the check for $1,500 and send it to the...

customer prior to payment from MINI. I tried to reach out to the customer on 11/**/14 at [redacted] and left a voice mail.If this is acceptable let me know and I will issue the payment.Thanks

Called and left message for customer 2:16pm 8/**/14 to try and resolve issue.

[Your Answer Here] [redacted] does not seem to understand my problem, there was no need for a l hour electrial diognostic because both the [redacted] and myself found the problem of the frozen fan.
The fan and the back-up sensors are both on the same fuse circuit.  [redacted] also does not mention that the [redacted] advised me that three items - shock absorber, serpentine belt and oil leak needed to be repaired.  When in fact - when I checked with another mechanic the next day, nothing was found to be wrong with those items. I think this dealership should be reported to the Attorney General's Office for fraud.
