We have diagnosed the vehicleWe have BMW certified technician take a look at this car as wellWe are a motorsports facility, not a repair shopWe had modified the customers car and replaced an oil pan gasket as wellWe tested the car on a dynamometerIf there was anything wrong that we had
done it would’ve broke right then because it tests the car to its limitsIt has been months and 24,miles later and the differential is only hold on by bolts and is attached to the oil panWe cannot control how the driver takes care of their carExcessive torque caused the bolts to breakWhen that happened the differential was no longer secure and when that happened the oil pan brokeNow the customer is stating we did not secure them when he brought it in to usThat is physically impossible that the car would drive for months and 24,miles with the bolts being looseI am doing everything I can to prove to the customer that we did not do this
