Review: I've never been so upset with a store before in my life. They double charged me for what I bought, and dealt with the situation so poorly. During the transaction it looked like I was only paying $55, but when I checked my bank account it showed that they had charged me $110. When I called to get the situation taken care of, they were extremely unhelpful and unconcerned about their error and my inconvenience. Instead of getting the situation taken care of right away, they took their time and were extremely unorganized during the process. They told me they would call the [redacted], call the credit card company, and keep me informed and they didn't do any of that. I called them about 6 times and they would not get the situation taken care of. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. They had told me they couldn't do credit card returns over the phone, and that the credit card company would have to do it. Then they told me they could to credit card returns over the phone so I gave them my card number, and I still haven't received my money back. It's even more difficult because I don't live in the area, so I can't easily sort the situation out. Most places would give an extra discount for inconveniencing their customers in such a great way, but they wouldn't give anything - further showing their indifference for their customer and their horrible service. I have never experienced such horrible, rude customer service in my life. As a customer, I don't think I should have to work so hard and deal with this hassle just to get back my money back. I am extremely disappointed with the way the [redacted] and her employees have handled things.Desired Settlement: I had given them my credit card number over the phone to get my refund, and I'm confused as to what they did with my card number, because I still haven't received my refund. Something like this should not happen in a business. So, I would like to get my $55.50 back. I also think that I should get an additional refund (at least 25%) on my original purchase, because I have been so inconvenienced and had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to figure this out and still have gotten no results.
