My sales representative quoted Ms. [redacted]'s home on 2/24/17 and Mr. [redacted] signed for the Service Proposal.  The initial cleaning was performed on 3/15/17 and our cleaner spent 5 1/4 hours cleaning the home.  When Ms. [redacted] called to voice issues with the cleaning we offered a "re-do"...

and scheduled it for her.  I understand that my office representative returned with the cleaner to complete the re-do and spent another hour and a half on the cleaning.  I have reviewed all the documents and the pictures submitted by Ms. [redacted] and have sent her an apology along with a check for $207.00.  I am very sorry that this cleaning was not performed to our level of service and also apologize for the poor communication and delay in additional action on our part.  Our policy is typically to re-do the cleaning to satisfy the customer but felt that this was not going to happen.  The letter and check will be placed in the mail today.
