I am sorry that you are upset over us not providing you with an additional discount or ‘another way for you to pay for your vehicle’ as you stated because you did not have the money. The vehicle was not rushed we take pride in all of your jobs to be done correctly with the best material which is why we have so many referrals and been in business for over 7 years. As, we stated before we would be happy to take care of any details on your car that were not done correctly. But, we are not changing the color unless you provide the material. Once the customer agrees on a color we cannot change it just because you feel another shade of color looks better. After the job was finished, you agreed to purchase your own material to repaint the vehicle and we agreed to provide the labor for free just to make sure you were happy even though we had nothing to do with the paint decision you made. Also, the vehicle was in our shop over 30 days after it was ready and you did not pick up due to not having enough money and we helped you by not charging you any storage fees.
