Review: My complaint is about false advertising on the Habitat Furnishings website for $300 off any Natural Latex Pure or Hybrid Mattress. I clicked on this link to find out more about the deal, since I was planning on buying a Hybrid Mattress:http://www.habitatfurnishings.com/anniversary-sale-180-day-trial-period...⇄ the top of the page (even on the home page) it shows a picture of a Pure Latex Mattress for $450 off and on the left side it shows what they call the "Natural Latex Hybrid Mattress" for $300 off. Following the link, the paragraph half way down states the following: "To get your $300 or $450 instant discount on any Natural Latex mattress, or your Regal Tranquility Mattress, simply order your mattress and once in the shopping cart, look for the coupon code box, such as the example above and enter the code LATEX300 in the coupon code space (for free gift option) , and your $300 deduction will be shown in your final total. Please note the discount is only available at time of purchase, and not after the fact. You can place your order over the phone if you like, however, as well. Remember, your FREE Natural Latex pillows, premium Mattress Protector, and 300 Thread Count Sheet Set will automatically be processed with any mattress order using the LATEX300 discount, along with an instant rebate of $300 off your mattress price.. These items are shipped via ground service from multiple locations and will arrive within 10 days after your order is place.Please note that the terminology is not specifying Pure Latex mattresses or hybrid mattresses to receive these free gifts, but rather "any natural latex mattress" and again later that the free gifts will be "automatically be processed with any mattress order." I believed that I would receive these free gifts with my hybrid mattress. I called later, and the manager informed me that the gifts only apply for the pure latex mattress, and not the hybrid.Desired Settlement: I believe that this is false advertising and unclear on the website. I would like to be credited for or sent the gifts detailed above that should have been sent with my mattress order: free natural latex pillows, a premium mattress protector, and 300 thread count sheet set.I have pictures of the advertising if needed to prove my point. I believe the sale ends tomorrow and I am afraid they will remove the advertising soon.

Review: I purchased a King size mattress and King pillow. They state returnable within a year for mattress. State no return on pillow. Habitat needs to state pillow is not returnable when ordered. The mattress is returnable.Very upset spending $70 for a pillow that smells.Desired Settlement: Habitat needs to be honest

Be advised that [redacted] has been credited back the $69.00 she paid for the pillow that was defective...in the compiaint, the amount is hown as $70, when in fact she paid :69 (see attached invoice). Despite the fact that pillows cannot be returned due to sanitary bedding laws, and that this is clearly posted on our web site, we thought it appropriate to refund her considering that there was a "smell concern” with the pillow We hope this satisfactorily resolves the issue with this

concern.

This company deserves the high rating. I was a pest every step of the way with questions and an address correction but the customer service was great. I purchased two 6" latex mattresses, which came with everything I needed, sheets, mattresses protectors and organic cotton cover. These were purchased for a daybed and trundle, and I needed to added proper support under the mattresses but that was a problem with the bed, not the mattress. I ended up sleeping on the "guest" bed while I waited for the main one to arrive. Two nights, only two, and my back pain was gone. Time will tell if the mattress holds up like they say it will, but so far I am sleeping very well and pain free. I can't wait to have guests sleep on it.
