To Whom It May Concern, We received the complaint that was filed against us and would like to present our side of what has happenedThe work the customer is requesting to be completed was specifically stated as not included in the contract she signedShe has not paid for any materials or labor-- in fact she has yet to pay anythingThe contract was completed in full for the work that was stated within itWe went above and beyond good customer service constantly providing updates on our progress, pictures and even fulfilling an extra hours that was not billedThe customer was completely happy until she received the invoice at which time she refused to pay and threatened to complain if we did not complete what she was requesting, which was not work listed within the signed contract that was provided to both the customer and Habitat Northwest, LLCWhen this was explained to the customer she became livid and refused to work with us any longerAs of today she still has a pending balance for all materials and work provided

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was out of town when the work was being doneHe sent me one picture of the back of the house that I was very pleased with The part I'm upset about is the ceiling of the deck which was my original reason to hire himThis included primer, caulking and painting I included pictures when I filed my complaint and asked for an inspector to come and review the projectNow I need to hire another contractor that is going to charge $to complete the job because Luke said he wouldn't since it was already good enough for him.Thats not rightWhen I returned home and saw the job, I called him and told him what was wrongHe said he would not come back and talk with me about the issues I hadHe is not very professional if he can't even address the problem that a customer has and complete the job I am very unhappy about this entire process he has put me throughIt's really hard to believe a contractor could leave a job so carelessly incomplete and be unwilling to remedy the situation I would be willing to pay him what he did less the $I have to pay someone else Sincerely, [redacted] ***

in fact she has yet to pay anything. The contract was completed in full for the work that was stated within it. We went above and beyond good customer service constantly providing updates on our progress, pictures and even fulfilling an extra 8 hours that was not billed. The customer was completely happy until she received the invoice at which time she refused to pay and threatened to complain if we did not complete what she was requesting, which was not work listed within the signed contract that was provided to both the customer and Habitat Northwest, LLC. When this was explained to the customer she became livid and refused to work with us any longer. As of today she still has a pending balance for all materials and work provided.
