From set-up/installation to our everyday security, Habitec Security has been top notch I would highly recommend Habitec for both home and office security systems I love that their central station is local and that their response rate is beyond fast It is a great feeling to know we are protected 24/7!
We were originally told years on our contract so when we closed our business at 2nd year in business, we thought we would not be charged much in early termination feeIt ended up to being years and they wanted to collect full amount of the contract as early termination fee plus applicable tax
I've dealt with other companies with contract, but never heard of such an excessive termination fee!
dispute concerning length of contract at beginning I was told signing up for years now being told I signed up for years
called & visited company to find out why my contract was now yearswas told that is industry standard but no where on face of contract is that stated only on reverse side of contract in small print does it say initial term is yrs
but same paragraph also states :"IF SELECTED UNDER SERVICES & INSTALLATION" but back on front of sheet under services & installation nothing is filled in everything is blank.the only thing written in by the sales rep is the dollar amount for initial monthly lease and/or services when I pointed this out to the company in person was told since I signed for that $ amount per month I agreed to a yr term not yrs
TECHNICIAN WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!
OUR SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND MY EMPLOYEES WERE NOT HINDERED IN ANY KIND OF WAY WITH THEIR PRODUCTION IN THE CAR CARE INDUSTRY THIS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED BY ALL THE JOB PERFORMED WAS CLEAN AND THE INSTRUCTION ON SYSTEM USE WAS EXPLAINED VERY WELL WOULD RECOMMEND HABITEC AND THEIR TECHNICIANS VERY HIGHLY THANKS SO MUCH FOR KEEPING US SECURE GUYS!

Moved into home 12/7/where previous resident used current monitoring systemNew security code and set up services were on or about 12/4/Company service rep out to discuss services due to my prior experience being with *** securityCompany rep said contract was years, I never checked behind himsigned paperwork with trusting the company's rep word and person being physically presentDoor contact kept falling off on 4/18/16, contacted the company spoke to "Tony" and was told I could come out to the company and exchange for a new door contact"Tony" never indicated this would cost $until I was physically thereAt this point I asked "Michelle" when was the end date of the contract"Michelle" appeared amused and stated it was for years!
