I saw the t-shirts on Madamenoir and really wanted to support their projected ideals so I ordered t-shirts which totaled I placed the order on April and it is now May and I have not received the shirtsThe website doe note that items ship in between 10-business days so I allowed for enough time to receive the shirts as they were giftsendless to say I had to purchase another gift and as there is a no refund/return policy, I am at the mercy of this businessI did receive an e-mail blaming the manufactured for sub standard products which warranted the delay but I don't believe that is the caseI have corresponded with another customer who had a similar experienceI filed a formal complaint and received a notification that my items had shippedI logged on to track said shipment and was surprised to see that Habitually Fly had not shipped my t-shirts at allIn fact, this was the notice I found, "The U.SPostal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on May 11, to expect your package for mailingThis does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing dateDelivery status information will be provided if/when available." Habitually Fly has taken my money and failed to deliver goods in the manner they said they wouldI only hope once I get the t-shirts, they will be worth the extremely long waitUnless you don't mind waiting a couple of months, don't order from this company!
I ordered T-shirts (totalling 74.00) on April 3, Per the site the expected SHIP time would be 10-business daysTo date, May 2016, I have not received the shirts I paid for nor have I gotten an actual ETAI was emailed a suspicious excuse that shifted blame to the manufacturer and told I would receive my shirts " asap"This business needs to adjust the expected ship times to reflect the truth as not to impede on a person's free willAlso, since there is a no refund no return policy, there should be a much lower margin for such errorsSubsequently, I have come across other customers who had the same experience which is evidence that it is the rule not the exceptionSuch a disregard for customers!

The website doe note that items ship in between 10-15 business days so I allowed for enough time to receive the shirts as they were gifts. endless to say I had to purchase another gift and as there is a no refund/return policy, I am at the mercy of this business.
