Hacienda Flooring

Review: Hacienda Flooring purchased materials from our company and paid with a check with insufficient funds. When we notified them about the insufficient funds, we called them various times and was directed to their messaging system. We got a hold of the owner Adrian and he told us he will tell his wife to issue a new check to pay the balance. No check was ever issued. We sent him a certified letter of demand and he ignored that as well. He has made no efforts to acknowledge his outstanding balance he owes to us and has made no efforts to find a solution.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the payment that is owed to us, with penalties. If any legal action can be taken against their company, we will take whatever is necessary to exercise our rights. It doesn't sit well, that a company can purchase materials with a check that has insufficient funds to complete a job in which they are making a profit on. Quite frankly, the fact they are still in business without any type of penalties is upsetting from experiencing their business practices personally.
