Hacienda Lighting

We had a bad experience with this store and believe it to be the result of the salesperson, not the way the store conducts business. The lights we ordered were not in stock. Over a month after we ordered (and paid), I called the store to get a status. I was told the lights "had just come in" and the installation would be scheduled with me "in a couple of days". Well, 3 weeks later, after getting no such call to schedule installation, we contacted the store again and this prompted an e-mail to us saying we had to pay additional sales tax in order to get the lights installed (their error in sales tax calculation). This prompted a visit to the store wherein my husband was told we were scheduled for installation the next day (that was not known to us so it's a good thing he went in). By far the most positive part of this transaction was the installation with 2 really good guys doing the work so quickly. Our salesperson was extremely scattered and did no follow-up with us.
