Cars R Us purchases thousands of vehicles per year from many different sourcesWe try our best to ensure that we receive all keys & remotes for the vehicles we purchaseHowever in some cases, due to a number of reasons, we are unable to do

*** did receive keys and factory remotes and no where was it disclosed that the *** he purchased came with a remote starterWe were able to locate a *** factory remote starter that he can have, but we are unable to guarantee it will be compatible*** received brand new winter tires at no charge to himThe $*** is a tire & rim warranty that he purchased which gives him a year unlimited km road hazard warranty on his tires or rims on his ***

It is not true that we received two keys and two factory remotes, we received one key and one factory remoteI did not even mentioned that in my complaintThe *** came with remote starter by *** and if it wasn't disclosed it doesn't mean that we do not pay for and we do not suppose to use that***
If the remote starter wasn't disclosed why we received a manual for it among the cars books? Or maybe we suppose to receive only what was disclosed and nothing else from the car
The tires warranty is not purchased by me, it was sold to me by carrus without my consent, that is mean I did not ask for, I don't need it and I haven't been informed that I have to pay for the tires warrantyWhen they try to sell me another warranty for the car for *** CAD approximately I refused, I told to ***: - "I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANY WARRANTY, I STAY WITH THE FACTORY WARRANTY ONLY."

Attached is a copy of the Tire & Rim warranty agreement that *** signed and purchasedIf he would like to cancel that warranty, Cars R Us will refund *** the $*** back
We contacted the *** Dealer and the remote start was not a factory optionWe never received a remote starter when we purchased the *** and Therefore cannot give the customer something we do not haveThere was no mention of the vehicle coming with a remote starter, nor was this part of the sales agreement

Why the *** dealer provides a *** manual with the car, for the remote starter if it is aftermarket one? *** *** *** *** ***

disclaimer that they are not 100% accurate and unfortunately we as a dealer have to accept that these reports cannot guarantee that a vehicle has never had any previous body workWe have reviewed the *** that shows a non-collision estimate for $***Non-collision according to *** can be numerous, a non-collision repair can represent a number of things from vandalism to damage done to another vehicleThis isn't something we would hide from a customer or discourage us from selling itIn terms of the transmission being rebuilt, if this is something that was done to the vehicle, it would have no bearing on the retail or wholesale value of the vehicle, it was a mechanical repair that was done to fix a problemIn closing, the customers complaint that we showed a fake ***, was not the case and we can not be responsible for a third party companies reports showing conflicting informationCars R Us cannot be held accountable for another dealers opinion of what *** vehicle is worth

What they said is totally irresponsible, on the ***, there are also couple of the small repair items on top of the $** item showing prior to sale to me, I do not believe in the odd that *** JUST happen to matches nothing with ***I personally work in *** so I understand that credit records might or might not matching 100% which depending what company you pulling the credit bureaus fromI can accept the fact that one item got missing but what about THREE? At least this is what is showing on the ***
Buying a car from dealers nowadays is mainly for peace of mind that you guys know where the car come from and what damages have been done to car, I have no conversation like this during the purchase, you guys keep pushing through the purchase and only show me the *** at the last minute*** You've reviewed the *** as well so you would know exactly what the two other items I was talking about on top of the non-collision itemTake a look at your ***, NOTHING was showing, please do put yourself into my shoe, would you still buy this car?

Cars R Us maintains its position, that we are not responsible for another dealers opinion of what a vehicle is worth
We would not be in the position to purchase the vehicle back from *** based on todays market conditions

Cars R Us kept me waited weeks for this short answers as NO but still can't explain so many differences between two reports and keep trying to push the responsibility back the consumerI am very disappointed with the way they handle this issue and not being cooperating with the customer
