Review: On 11-18-2015 a 2003 ford focus was picked up. the agreed price was$200.00 to take car away. We received $100 in cash and $100 in check #2659. WE deposited the check and the bank returned for non sufficient funds also charging us a $15 return check fee.Desired Settlement: We would like $100.00 plus the $15 return check fee.

Review: On December 12, 2013, my automobile, a 2002 [redacted] 9,5 Wagon, broke down on the road owing to total engine failure and was towed to Hackensack Auto Wreckers, the nearest facility. A deal was made for them to purchase the car for $400 for scrap. They wrote me a check for that sum, [redacted]. This was deposited in my account at [redacted]. On 12/23 2013, the bank returned the check to me for reason of non sufficient funds and I was charged an additional $15 fee. (TD reference [redacted]).
I called Hackensack wreckers and spoke with a woman named [redacted]; I believe she is the proprietor of this business, and the signer of the bounced check. She apologized and promised to send me the $415 now owed. This payment never arrived. I called again, and a third time, with the same result: apologies, friendliness, promises, and no payment of the money owed me. Hence this complaint.
I have records for these transactions, which are not in dispute.Desired Settlement: I want my $415.00, now owed for two months
