Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that the $refund was being processed because the salesman called me on Monday, 12/15/and asked for my credit card number again! This was the third time I provided the credit card information! I also do not believe that it takes weeks to process the [redacted] e-gift card because I have received one from another company that was provided almost immediately.I greatly appreciate the Revdex.com's quick response to my complaint! By involving the Revdex.com in this matter, immediate action was finally taken by Hackettstown Honda! I received my e-gift card on 12/15/14! The $refund finally appeared on my credit card today, 12/19/14!Thank you so much for your assistance!!!!! Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it may concern,The refund for $was in Que to be processed at the off premises main accounting office (handling stores) We requested to have this expedited and will be processed tomorrow and show up in the customer's account within business days The gift card was already processed and takes a couple of weeks from a third party vendor.Please pass on to the customer our apology for any delay[redacted]
