Review: We had [redacted] Hackman install steps on April 4, 2010 for a total bill of $4,293.18. Six months later we noticed some of the paint on the balusters was peeling. I called [redacted] and he said he would take care of it and that he stands by his work. He told me his wife was diagnosed with cancer and he wasn't working right now and he would call us when he was working again. I called him October 24, 2013 and left a message, he called me back and I explained to him that some of the balusters were peeling and cracking now. He told me again that he would take care of it and he would be out in one or two days. He never came. I waited until December 1st and called him again and left a message to call me to see what he was going to do about this problem. He will not call me back and is ignoring my calls. I don't know what else to do to make him fix these balusters.Desired Settlement: Fix all problems.
