Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1: IT DID NOT RAIN IN JULY OR AUGUST, THEY JUST CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE ON THE WAY, AND WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SHORT DAYS OF LESS THAN 4HRS WORK, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP THE TREE LIMB REMOVAL WAS PART OF THE ORRIGINAL CONTRACT WE ONLY TALKED TO WORKER NOT WORKERS, BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE JOB IS A TWO MAN JOB, ONLY ONE WORKER ARRIVED AT THE SITE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TIMES, TO OFFER THEM WATER WE ASKED THEM TO REPORT TO US WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING, WITCH THEY DID NOT, RESULTING IN MISSPLACEMENT OF ONE FENCE LINK I PAID TO MOVE A WATER LINE TO MAKE POST SETTING EASIER TO THIS DATE, THE HOLE IS OPEN AND NO POST IS SET THEY HAVE SENT TWO GATES TO THE SITE AS OF 9-10-2015, AND NOW THEY JUST SIT ON THE SITE ON 9-10-THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD TO RESET MORE CONCRETE AT GATE POST SO TODAY, AGAIN A NO SHOW, AND NO CALL FROM [redacted] THEY ONLY SHOW UP WHE I THREATEN TO SUE, OR FILE WITH AUTHORITIES FOR THEFT OF SERVICE OF SENIOR CITIZEN.AGAIN, IT DID NOT RAIN FOR MONTHS UNTIL 9-10- Regards, [redacted]

Hello, I have additional information regarding this complaint: We went to this customer’s house today, 9/22/15, with the final gate that needed to be hung, already built in the back of the truck, ready to complete the projectThe customer stopped us upon arrival and stated that they wanted to discuss the payments for the project [redacted] told the customer to discuss that with the office and that he was there to complete the work, not discuss the paymentThe customer began cussing and telling [redacted] that they needed to agree before any more work was done [redacted] explained to them that under their contract they had agreed to pay for any holes that needed to be dug that had rock in themThey said that they did not agree to pay this amount and [redacted] again told them to refer to their contractMr [redacted] became very upset and cussing and ***When [redacted] spoke back to him, Mr [redacted] told [redacted] “I’ll kill you” [redacted] packed up his tools and left the jobsiteThe amount in question was a $difference, which was noted as a clause in the contract agreed upon by the customer ahead of timeI have quotes to other customers showing the cost for similar work so our overage rate was within industry norms We have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com before this one and believe that speaks to the fact that the issues we had are completely out of the norm for our business and hope our attempt to rectify the situation and leave our customer with a job they are satisfied with is a sufficient resolution [redacted] Paving & Construction "A" Rated Member of the Revdex.com [redacted]

After signing the contract with the [redacted] ’s in April it proceeded to rain in the area for the majority of May and June, pushing scheduling back as stated in our contracts days drying time is standard for every day of rain Additionally there were multiple days where there was a significant chance of rain, on which days we do not mobilize our crew and informed the [redacted] ’s of thisWe have never screened a call from this or any customer and have explained to them that [redacted] is not always able to get to his phone and me or [redacted] has returned Mr [redacted] ’s call every time he called (if there was one missed it was a simple oversight) We have had a few unexpected delays on this project, however, which we regret deeply and we have been in contact with the customer each time to inform them of the issuesOn one occasion we explained we had a family pet pass away and had to take it to the vet to see what the cause was and they told us to take a week if we wanted that they understood how those things goAdditionally, the customer has cost us multiple delays talking to our workers, trying to get a plumbing line moved, asking us to help remove a tree, and other personal items that are outside of our scope of workAt this point the fence is installed and the project is complete except for hanging the gatesIt is our top priority to complete that this week for this customerWe are sincerely apologetic to this customer and will make sure the job is completed successfully Please let me know if you have any other questions -- [redacted] H & H Vinyl Fencing Cell: [redacted] www.handhvinylfencing.com "A" Rated Member of the Revdex.com
