H.A.D. Construction and Concrete Reviews (1)
In August of 2013 the owner of this company, [redacted], dug a trench between my house and the house next door to me, [redacted] PA. [redacted], to bury an electrical line conduit from that home to a shed in the back yard of that home at [redacted]. In the process of digging this trench **. [redacted] severely damaged the Clean-Out Pipe to my sewer line from my home. It is very apparent that **. [redacted] knew that he damaged this pipe because he placed the conduit for the electrical line right next to and up against the broken pipe and then refilled the trench in that section where the broken pipe is located and did not say anything to anyone about the damage he caused.
About 2 months later my sewer line backed up into the cellar of my home, not only water but also the waste that was in the sewer line. I had to hire 2 companies to snake out my sewer line and discovered there was broken metal pieces in the sewer line. The 2nd company was able to remove this and upon investigation we discovered the broken Clean-Out pipe about 4 feet below the surface along with the electrical conduit right next to it, the conduit was up against the broken pipe. The metal piece that was clogging my sewer line was the cover to the Clean-Out pipe that was broken.
I have discovered that **. [redacted] did not secure a permit nor did he call PA1 before he started this job, which he is required by law to do.
I have several attempts to contact **. [redacted] about this and to this date he will not take or return my calls.
