I am rejecting this response because: Hada assured me that Coolsculpting would work It did not I feel I paid $for nothing No business should advertise If this did not work, and it did not, the money should be returned They did realize this did not work and tried to take more photos in different positions so it would look better, just in case I would complain They offered me more treatments--no thanks If it doesn't work, it doesn't work

I am rejecting this response because: Hada assured me that Coolsculpting would work.  It did not.  I feel I paid $1600 for nothing.  No business should false advertise.  If this did not work, and it did not, the money should be returned.  They did realize this did not work and tried to take more photos in different positions so it would look better, just in case I would complain.  They offered me more treatments--no thanks.  If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.
