Review: I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt from Mr. [redacted] on or around Jan. 12th 2014. Approximately one week later I noticed a clunking noise in the front end of the vehicle. I immediately called Mr. [redacted] and reported the problem. He advised me to bring the car in to be looked at. The mechanic(who is also Mr. Hadad's son) stated he couldn't find anything wrong. The noise continued and I took the car back once again. Again the mechanic stated nothing was wrong. I decided to get a second opinion, and took the vehicle to [redacted] in Wilmerding Pa. Within five minutes, [redacted] informed me I needed 2 control arms and 2 ball joints. I called [redacted] Motors for the third time, demanding that he call in the warranty so that I could have [redacted] make the repairs. [redacted] stated that I MUST bring the car back to his establishment. Two days later I returned the vehicle to Hadad's for the THIRD time to resolve this obviously dangerous problem with my vehicle. His mechanic stated all of the repairs were made, and showed my boyfriend the so called "old parts" off of the car. I had the car checked over, and it turned out, the passenger side ball joint was NOT replaced. Today I contacted Mr. [redacted] for the fourth time and he very rudely stated "I'm done with this, I won't fix the car again, just bring the car back". When I inquired about a refund, he refused and over talked me. I have two children who travel in this vehicle, and do not feel completely safe when I have to transport them.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for the cost of repairs to the vehicle.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from [redacted] Motors on Friday October 24th. I returned the vehicle on Monday the 27th due to having no heat and no a/c and because the vehicle smelled of antifreeze. I was told the problem would be fixed immediately.Work was done on the car yet the smell of antifreeze was still present.They replaced some mechanism and said I would have a/c and heat and no worries.I do have heat and A/C yet I can not use them because as soon as I turn on either the smell of antifreeze becomes so intense I can not drive the car. I have repeatedly taken this car back to [redacted]. I took car to Independent service provider and they found a possible found a possible heater core leak and an exhaust leak directly under driver seat. I can not drive car with windows up I am unable to breathe due to the fumes of gas and smell of antifreeze.Mr. [redacted] repeatedly told me that he would fix the vehicle, and he failed to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like a safe reliable vehicle in exchange for the defective vehicle.

FINALLY! This is a car lot with a lot to offer. Bought my second car from Chuck today!
