Hello I had recently purchased a car from Haddad Subaru and very pleased by my overall experience. I did not have the best credit and I really needed a new(er) car that was reliable and could get me back and forth to work safely. After searching around and visiting many local dealerships I was appalled by how rude some of the sales consultants were. I was exhausted and and on my way home and passed Haddad Subaru. I decided to stop in as a last resort. They were friendly and greeted me at the door. After about 45 minutes I was leaving having purchased a perfect car at a great price! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for honest establishment with one goal. To help you find your dream car.

Sold a car brother did not want.Week of [redacted] my disabled brother went looking for a vehicle worth about [redacted] and I was going to co-sign. He told the sales person he did not want a standard as he could not drive it. They showed him a 1999 truck for [redacted] I then received a call stating he had signed all the paperwork including the title. He said he didn't want the truck but was told he had to take it as he owned it since he signed the title. I had to co-sign them. He went to pick up the truck yesterday [redacted] and when he got in the truck it was a standard. He told salesman he couldn't drive a standard and the told my brother "oh well I guess you will have to learn". Bad enough they saw him coming but took high advantage of the situation. I don't understand how anyone can be so inconsiderate of an individual. THEY SAW HIM COMING.Desired SettlementTake it back, reduce the price or at least give him some type of warranty. This truck is over 15 years old and he gets nothing. They did not even give him paperwork of any kind. Not even the "lemon law" portion of the paperwork.Business Response Customer was more than capable of driving a vehicle, providing proof of identification, and the sale was not complete until the sister co signed. To make this even easier, we did end up trading the customer out of the truck, into an automatic Honda accord and both parties seem very happy. This complaint may be dated, let's call the complainant and make sure they don't have an issue any longer. Thanks!

I [redacted] was lied to about my trade in a [redacted] told it had rust hole would go to auction only worth 3,000 and car starter on new car told at least 3 to 4 times not worth putting on their lot so I took the deal now I see it on lot for 8,999 I feel I was lied to for greed and not given fair value for my trade in [redacted] ihave two witness that were there only had under 50,000 miles on tiDesired SettlementI feel $3,000 would be more in line with the trade in valueBusiness Response this vehicle did have a rusted frame. the manager can only visually inspect and make deals on these observations. the frame wasn't rusted through and could be retailed. we have been on the losing side more often than not, so we do try to be vigilant about frames. in the [redacted] we have a lot of frame issues. this vehicle did need a lot of other work that wasn't disclosed at the time it was traded. we did spend over $2100 reconditioning this vehicle at a very discounted internal rate. work included brakes, tie-rods, control arm bushings, axle seals and 4 new tires.in the interest of customer satisfaction, we are willing to offer the customer $500. if this is agreeable, please call [redacted] and we'll get this done.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)[redacted] first the rust that was pointed out to me was a body panel not frame you put on lot after I was told it was no good even with the money you put in to car that's over 40% profit I don't mind you making profit but not on my back when I was lied to so in the interest of customer satisfaction a $1000 refund would be closer to what my trade in was worth
