Very poor customer, service when vehicle was in service the gas was used up for there personal use, rude on the phone, parts replaced was very loose.Had service done to my vehicle and after completed down the road I noticed a clicking nose so my wife called to haddock collision and they was suppose to call her back days went by and no one called so I called and the manager [redacted] was so rude he took my cell number and told me he would call me back 8 hours went by and no call so I called him back and I was basically wanting to know if they would provide a rental while they check my car out he called me back later on that day and said they had to take it to a collision shop and notice it was clicking on the passengers side which they did not work on and that I had to fix it myself I said ok well when my car was picked up my gas was completely out red light on I was not aware They would drive my car to another shop instead of getting it towed which resulted in the wasted gas they used up and before I notice the clicking on the tire area my door was clicking but I did not have time working 2 jobs I really did not have time to take it up there my main concern is the poor customer service and the use of my gas the manager ([redacted]) could have been more professional about the whole situation instead of pawning off my request ,2008 Honda accord LX black color claim #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Mileage in XXXXX insurance pay: $5,976.08 Customer pay (myself) $500Desired Settlementrequest for better service and it is life time warranty on parts replaced so they will see me again hopefully it will not result in poor service
