Review: On 2/**/15 I emailed this company for a refund on a waist trainer that I had made a couple of days prior. It took a week and two emails from that date to even receive a response from this company. After expressing my unhappiness with this company, March * I received a fraudulent looking email with a copy and pasted what looked to be receipt from this company without any confirmation number to indicate that I will indeed receive my refund from this company. It is now June *,2015, almost 4 months later, and I have yet to receive a refund of my money that was quickly withdrawn from my account within 24 hours of the purchase.I also sent an email on May ** about this matter and still 10 days later I have not gotten a response from this company. This is a terrible business that has bad customer service and will take your money and run. Head my words! Money hungry business owner.Desired Settlement: My money back. ASAP!!

The system would respond with a message that the request was received and submitted. Regrettably this did not result in the reversal of the transaction. [redacted] received confirmation from the merchant account provider that the refund has been processed as of 10:20 am of 6/*/2015. An email was sent notifying the complainant of such. We understand that this reflects badly on us we have put procedures in place so that this does not happen again.
