We hired hadley and sons to finish our basement. It was alot of work because we wanted a bar area, family room, office, bedroom and a worout room. [redacted] worked with us on everything that we wanted in the basement, he also add his advice and opinion on things that we did not think of doing. Hadley and sons does great work and [redacted] was very professional throughout the whole project. We also had him do a couple of other little jobs around the house and he did great work on those also. [redacted] even let our dog outside while he was at the house working. [redacted] goes above and beyond what we expected from the project. We love the work he did and are looking forward to enjoying the space for years to come. We have and will in the future recommend hadley and sons to anybody that needs work done.

I had a wonderful experience with Mike H[redacted]. He repaired a lamp for our household. He was prompt, friendly, reasonable and did an excellent job. I recommend him for any handyman work.

We recently had [redacted] look into a leak in our kitchen ceiling. He returned our initial call promptly and stopped in that very day to review the situation. He provided valuable feedback and returned to rectify the problem as diagnosed efficiently, professionally, and perfectly! [redacted] was instrumental in completing my list of repairs just days after receiving it from my buyer‘s home inspector. Not only was he prompt in completing these repairs, he did an outstanding job. A few days after completion I had an unexpected plumbing issue where he went out of his way to come the very same day to fix it. Several years ago my wife and I purchased a few rental properties that needed more than a little tlc. Much of the work we could do ourselves much of it we could not. Luckily we met [redacted] Hadley. In the first property [redacted] rebuilt a staircase, repaired a ceiling that was falling apart, and repaired/painted a basement in need of more than a little work. The work was so good that last year when we purchased a single family home (for a rental)and discovered it needed a total make over(GUTTED THE HOUSE) we called Hadley and Sons immediately. The work was extensive. A new kitchen,two new baths,laminate flooring(upstairs and down),tile floors,removal of three

walls, new ceilings,removal of a chimney, roof repair, and endless carpentry. The work always exceeded our expectations because [redacted] goes the extra mile with high quality work and attention to detail. I have recommended [redacted] to more than a few individuals..everyone has been extremely satisfied. Mike has done a number of different jobs for our family residence. For example, instillation of storm doors , entry doors ,basement windows, and replacement windows, etc. Mike pays great attention to detail and the end result is that his work is consistently of exceptional quality by any standard! Mike is very busy but has worked with me to schedule work at the best possible time for me. I believe that there are very few contractors that do the kind of quality work he does at a fair rate of compensation. I would give Hadley Construction my highest recommendation !

I have now worked with [redacted] on multiple projects in my home over the past year. [redacted] is one of the most detail oriented guys I know. He is not happy with a job until it's perfect.

He just did a complete make over of our master bathroom and it looks wonderful!!His cost is much less than the big guys that advertise or have show rooms (as we checked many of these out) and I believe he does the same quality work if not better.

This was the 2nd bathroom remodel he's done for us and I would use him again if needed for another.

Mike's work was (is) outstanding. I needed to switch from electric to gas (stove) He (is) professional, very polite and efficient. I will be requesting Mike's services again very soon.

Hadley and Sons renovated our kitchen this summer and fall. We live in a house built in the 1930's and had not done a lot of updating until now. Mike is knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He is particular about his work and takes time to complete it and make sure the job is done right. We have had guests to our home who are very impressed with how open and contemporary it is now. I am excited to host holiday events at my house this year, since I feel like my kitchen is now more open and inviting than it was before Mike redid it for us.
