Since then the tenant has continued to email and call us, my house and my cell, with verbal hostility (which has all been recorded and turned over to our attorney to handle)She has even gone so far as to cyber-bully and tried to intimidate me and my staff with personal attacks on Facebook, social media outlets, and an ad on CraiglistShe has even attacked me on a Broker's webpage which has nothing to do with Haffner RentalsWe have tried to reach out to her boyfriend, also our tenant, to get into the home, but again we were threatened by her, not to contact him again and that she now had his phone! The tenants' lease terminates on Feb 29, naturally, and at that time, after they vacate, we will address any issues that may be in the homeUntil then, by advice of our attorney, we are not to have any contact with her unless it is a true emergencyThis is a situation of her own makingIf the boyfriend would reach out to us, we could make arrangements for her not to be in the home for any repair OFFER:

And when the protocol is used correctly, we respond with a call back within one hour or less.
