In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] we present the following facts:1. Hagedorn’s, Inc. had two propane tanks installed at the residence, each with a fill capacity of 100 gallons of propane, for a total of 200 gallons onsite if both tanks were filled to capacity.2. an order for propane in December 2016 (58200) and we delivered 116.2 gallons. They paid for it on February 10, 2017 – when they needed more gas.3. The [redacted] placed an order for propane in February 2017 (58881) and we delivered 71.6 gallons. They paid for it on February 28, 2017.4. The [redacted] placed and order for propane in March 2017 (59197) and we delivered 67.3 gallons. They paid for it on March 29, 2017.5. As you can see from the delivery tickets attached, the beginning percentage, which indicates how much propane was in the tank before we start pumping, the [redacted] had 20%, 25%, and 25% readings which tells us that they were absolutely not at risk of running out.6. Please note that documents which the [redacted] submitted consists of only one delivery ticket and three paid on account receipts, one of which is from a prior year. We have attached copies of actual delivery tickets for 12/28/2016: invoice 58200, 2/15/2017: invoic[redacted], and 3/17/2017: invoice [redacted] for your reference. Prior delivery tickets are also on file and available upon request if needed. From these facts, you can see that the first statement, “We had to have our tanks filled about every two weeks” is completely and provably false. Please refer to attached copies of actual delivery tickets.The [redacted] usage for the winter season 2016-2017 was actually less than their usage for the 2015¬2016 winter season, which is provable according to actual delivery tickets.When the [redacted] voiced a concern about one of the tanks possibly leaking, Hagedorn’s responded by removing the tank in question. One tank is sufficient to meet their LP consumption requirements.Thank you.
