Many citizens from Fort Yukon Alaska order UPS packagesEspecially during this time of year of Christmas gifts and personal productsRavn Air Cargo has a current contract with UPS to deliver those packages to remote communities like Fort YukonWe have ordered thousands of dollars with of merchandise, mostly for Christmas gifts for out children and employee's we work withOur company has even order gifts and were shipped UPS that Ravn has had for approxmintly 2-weeksWe have called several times and complained about the issue, the representative at Fairbanks Cargo office has sent us to the managers voicemail and we have never received a call backAt first the reptold us the UPS was sent to Fort Yukon, upon checking that was falseThen the rep stated the packages were in a plane on the runway broke downWe contacted the Main Ravn office and they were not helpfulOur company Christmas party is tomorrow (12/16/2016) and we will not have the gifts we spent our hard earned dol

This complaint is in regards to an airline ticket from WBB to OMEIn July I booked an airline ticket for my mother through ***I booked over the phoneI received a confemail with my flight # and timesThe flight was scheduled to depart WBB at 5:20pm Aug11th, On Augat 2:08pm I called Nome [redacted] and spoke with KThe purpose of the call was to check the weather statusShe stated that the flight had already left and she wasn't sure why it left early, but that it departed from UNK and would be to WBB in “5-minutes”She also said I needed to contact [redacted] in Unalakleet, AK to ask more questionsShe continued to state that the agents in UNK sometimes don’t contact the village agentsI contacted the UNK station at 2:22pm and spoke with SS stated it was my fault that I missed the flightHowever, I was not informed or contacted about the flight changesS continued to put fault on me for their businesses errorMy ticket was for 5:20pmAt this time the flight had land

Military service that took advantage of your "Black Friday Special"Purchased tickets to go to Anchorage from Fairbanks on Friday, January 12th with my motherFor about week now my month old has been VERY sick and has a systemic infection wearing away at himI was provided a doctor's note from his pediatrician keeping me home from work to give him constant care and monitor his fever (which has been through the roof)I called [redacted] to explain my situation to them, not only was I cut off by one of the "customer service" representatives (I say customer service jokingly as this business has none), but they refused to refund my ticket, and if I want to do a name change to another military member they want to charge me a change fee that is more expensive than the original ticket! Deeply disappointed, if I were flying [redacted] they would have taken care of me, you would think for a mom & pop little airline that they would try to take care of their consumers a little
