Contractor for investment property, did minimal amount of work possible and didn't stand by his service Cost us thousands to correct his mistakes Property was an investment property, Hagen's home improvement was the contractor who owned and renovated the property His guys did bare minimum to flip us the house, covered up issues so that inspector wouldn't realize them during inspection which we found out later and ended up costing us thousands Property is in a 55+ community, seems to us that he is taking advantage of the elderly and once he feels he is done, he wants nothing to do with standing behind his work or fixing issues they created Extremely rude and no customer service ability, it's people like [redacted] that give other contractors a bad name, he is more of a con artist than a contractor Here is a list of known issues: A/C Unit (installed before [redacted] owned property) - [redacted] had one of his guys weld the copper pipes incorrectly, a ton system now only has

*** *** of Hagen's Home Improvement took a $2,deposit for a job that was never performed and refuses to gerund my money
He was supposed to install or have another company install a Propane Tank into the ground
For this he took a 1/deposit on 1/13/2016, approximately months ago
He has made s series of excuses over this period of time & thinks that not refunding money for a job that was never done & lying about everything is businessIt certainly is in the business ethics of Hagen's Home Improvement
In addition I paid him to install a generator that was the first part of this job & that has been sitting for months useless, waiting for the Propane Tank to be able to run, that he never completed
He has wasted so much of my time & money, that far exceeds $12,
previous work he has done was all performed wrong, such as plumbing, window screens, electrical & more, all this work was paid for to *** *** & had to be repaid to legiti
