Hager construction put a new roof on our building, the roof is leaking and owner has been notified but refuses to come make repairs under his warrantyWe hired Hager Construction to put a new roof on our business. After a about a year, we began to have multiple problems the roof was leaking, seams are coming up, and it is creating a runoff problem for the company next door. We have contacted Mr. Hager several times and he has said he would take care of the issue but has failed to do so, and is no longer responding to our calls. Desired SettlementThe settlement we are seeking is for the roof to be repaired as stated in the original contract.
