Regarding: [redacted] ***Rod Johnson Air installed a Roof Top Package unit on July 5th, on August 11th we returned to the home of [redacted] and performed a duct test which passedOur process at Rod Johnson Air is once we have installed the new equipment and duct tested we send the customers information to a Hers Rater company, currently we use Compliance MattersMrs***’s information was forwarded to Compliance Matters on September 5th, since Compliance Matters is their own company, they make their own schedule as they work with multiple other contractorsMrs***’s complaint was that she wanted a copy of the permit obtained as well as her permanent filter, both of those items have been delivered to her as soon as she requested themSince we received this complaint on Sept 20th, 2017, Rod Johnson Air has tried to call Mrs [redacted] twice, once on the 20th and again on the 25th to attempt to help schedule her Hers Rater appointment as that is the only reason we have not been able to move to final inspection with the City, we have left voicemails with both calls and no return call yet
On November 18th 2017, We received a letter from [redacted] and her RepresentativeHer requests were that we come back to fix structural damage to the roof for proper support of new unit, and be reimbursed for the cost of a Structural Engineer to come out and examine the structureWhen the letter was received Monday November 18th 2017, I called Mrs [redacted] scheduled an appt for our technicians to come out and fix the structure in which supports the unit, they did so and I also sent my technicians with a check for reimbursement to Mrs [redacted] which they hand delivered to her Please let me know if anymore information is needed Thank you, Office Manager [redacted]
