Dear Revdex.com, The customer drove to the dealership to look at a different vehicle and, in doing so, did not in any way rely upon the erroneous "neon pink sales sign" until after she became interest in the other model The pricing error in question was limited to the single vehicle and the pricing was corrected as soon as it was discovered We have apologized and continue to apologize to the customer for making the error Mistakes do happenHowever, contrary to the characterization of the customer, there simply was no "bait and switch.Best Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com, I consulted our legal team and we did not break the law Call your attorney.***

I agree I did plan on looking at another car, but when I saw the sticker in the other car, that is the one I wanted. What I VERY much disagree with is that this was NOT the only car that had the sticker attached to the mirror. There were at least other ones, and this was brought to the attention of *** *** ***. This is not the way a company should do business. In looking at other complaints filed this is not the only one with the same situation with *** *** ***. They need to honor their prices and if a mistake is made honor it. No attempt was made to fix this, no compromise, nothing he actually walked away from us and went back to his office. Very rude

Dear Revdex.com, If the customer would like the copy of contract have her the call the store and relay that info and we will give her her copies

This customer was contracted following the Boucher subprime process on Saturday 12/30, which is putting her in a loaner vehicle until the finance company funds the deal.  The customer was fully aware of this process.  I told her she would be in a loaner vehicle until employment...

verification was complete and the finance company funded her contract.  I explained that the bank would probably not receive her contract til the middle of the following week due to the weekend and New Years holiday.  In [redacted]'s case, she lied about her employment, she had either quit or got fired from her job the week before the purchased the vehicle.  So the paystub showed fine but when Capital One was doing employment verification, the employer stated she hadn't worked there as of 12/21.  When I contacted the customer, she stated she went temp to perm, and I asked her for her phone number for her "permanent" employer, she gave me a phone number.  Capital One tried that number twice on Friday 1/5 and then returned the contract Monday due to Employment not being verified.  The customer came in Monday before we could contact her and demanded her refund and trade title back.  When we talked to Leslie and Angie about it, there was some confusion about if they could issue it or not right away as it was a deal from 2017... It took a bit to figure it out.  Dawn had stepped in at that point.  [redacted] kept coming into my office demanding her copies and that she had her attorney on the phone.  Per the subprime process, we do not release her copies to her until the deal is funded.  I told her that since her contract was void, we would not be providing her copies.  She still demanded them so I had Dawn talk to her to reiterate that we would not give them to her.  When she brought up the attorney thing again, Dawn advised her that the attorney would need to contact our corporate attorney.  She left with her $1000 down payment refund check and her trade title.  I'm not sure what, if anything, you would want us to provide to her to prove her contract was void.
