regards to [redacted] ***, I am very sorry she is upsetBut if you will note the date on the invoice she sent you, it is from September of 2012.She received the work she paid for on this invoice We did not charge her any money for filters or labor on the filter change she requested at the time of softener install Therefore, I do not feel we owe her any money or filters for that unit Please understand I would like her to be a satisfied customer, but I simply cannot keep giving her materials and labor at no charge Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our drinking water is working fine (all it needs is to have the right filters); we don't have to spend $500 for a new system.

Could Hague Water return my old water filters? Why did they keep them, I paid for these water filters. Also I paid the labor on installation of these old water filters. (The receipt showed I paid for the old water filters; and the installation thereof.) Hague Water kept my old water filters and also did not replace the old water filters with new water filters. (Right now I don't have the old water filters or the new ones from Hague.)

filters in her Reverse Osmosis systemShe had the filters and we replaced them

The filters didn't work so we ordered her new filters from
her manufacturer, we replaced them again and at no chargeThey did not work
again and so we tried to purchase her the correct onesAt no time did she pay
for any service or filters

when the new ones came in I told her she would have to pay for themShe became
very upset, claiming she had already paid us once, which she had not
I told her I was sorry but we had already made two
trips for free and had not received any money for our timeIf she wanted the
filters she would have to pay for them as I was not confident that even these
filters would workIt is an off brand company that I have never heard ofAsk her for proof
that she ever paid for any labor or filters for her Reverse osmosis systemThe
only thing she ever paid for was her new water softener
All this time and
effort was given to her because she had bought a softener from us and while I
appreciate her purchase we cannot provide any further time and effort on a
system that is not ours
I would like to make
her happy, but cannot guarantee that her existing system will ever work
If she would like to
purchase a new Reverse Osmosis system from us, I would be happy to sell it to
her at my cost of $plus taxSincerely,

I have been in business for 22 years. We have always done our very best to assure all our customers are happy.
I simply do not know what to do about [redacted]. She is not giving you correct information. The filters and service she claims to have paid for was from 2012. She paid no money for filters or service she recently received.
In an effort to make her happy I will give her the filters we have in stock without cost, but we will not install them or have anything more to do with her R/O system. It is not a Hague system and we have tried to help her with it, but every time we get her filters, she says they do not fit and wants new ones at no cost.
