To whom it may concern,If there was a sign? That should not matter, because that's the reason why I asked the clerk what the return policy was? She explained to me, no returns, exchange only. I asked if I could exchange for other items? She said, yes. I also explained my situation, and what I needed the hair extension for. She never offered to open it and allow me to look inside. When I brought the hair piece back. I had everything with me, twist ties, box, plastic that it came in. Only they know how to piece the hair back inside the box to the way it was.
