Review: April/2013 Car 1999 Honda Accord in for Head Gasket replacement, kept car for 2 weeks, was to be 2-3 days for repair. Agreed upon repair cost of $600. When pick-up worker there gave me a bill for $1300 plus $. After talking to [redacted] owner he said $650, wanted check made out to cash. After 2 months found out head gasket was till leaking oil and anti freeze. Took it back they claim a seal was bad. Had to wait several weeks before they let me bring it back. Car sat in there parking lot for 2 1/2 weeks. Nothing done, I called several times- being they have caller ID never took my calls I had to leave messages. Never not once did they call me. After waiting for my car for 2 1/2 weeks I went there took car and owner wouldn't even talk to me, never fixing the car after paying him. After several months trying to find out what the problem was. Found out they never replaced the head gasket bolts causing the problem of the leaking head gasket. Had to pay $288.44 for the parts and $600 for labor AGAIN. Problem now fixed correctly.Desired Settlement: Refund money paid to have car fix correctly.
