Hello, I received your letter today regarding the complaint from Mr*** We just received his returned item today at 10:AM via UPS Our QC Dept is looking at it now to check out the condition and possible malfunction of the product I have forwarded an email that was in response to of Mr***'s emails He originally wanted a refund and we sent him an RMA with the return instructions He then changed his mind to just asking for a replacement and we were going to honor his request And then in the attached email, he once again decided on a refund and informed us that he had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com With a refund, we don't ask for a $shipping and processing fee We only require that the product is returned to us at the customers expense for shipping We charge shipping for the return, because we don't charge shipping on the original purchase The attached email is one of the email that we sent to Mr [redacted] explaining our Refund/Replacement policy which is also on our website We just receive the letter from you today and the returned product We would like hours to do our QC and inspect the returned item(s) Thank you, [redacted] R [redacted] ACCOUNTING MANAGER, Open Door Packaging

[redacted],   The customer sent back all the items which we received yesterday.  We have tested the products and are unable to replicate the problem.  But since the customer would like a refund, we will be refunding him his full invoice of $199.00.  And…even though it is not usually our policy to refund the shipping because we do not charge shipping on the initial order, we will also be refunding the amount of $32.00 that he said he paid to have the items returned to us.  We believe that the satisfaction of this customer is important and in line with our business philosophy.    We regret that the Revdex.com was even involved in this issue.  We would have refunded the customer for the product once he officially decided whether he wanted a replacement or a refund and had the items returned to us as per our policy.   Thank you,   [redacted] R [redacted] ACCOUNTING MANAGER, Open Door Packaging
