Hi ***,My apologies for the miscommunication and frustration you've experienced with the damage to your vehicle. Let me clear up a few things. As soon as we realized that the damage to your vehicle was too extensive for PDR and that we weren't the best shop for the job, we informed you
the best thing to do was install the brake light and mirror and give the vehicle back to you. I really tried to return your vehicle, but you insisted that I try everything to get it into a facility that could do the work. I did. I called everyone and literally pulled every string I could, and finally found a shop that said they were willing to do it. We didn't install the brake light and mirror because they would be the ones installing those parts.Our company was not making a penny on this. We were losing money and time but I just wanted to help you out because you were in a tough spot with body shops in Denver being backed up through 2017. You were told on June 7th 4-weeks, and on June 28th you requested your vehicle back. That was not 4-weeks, whether the work had begun or not. That was not the agreed time When you brought your vehicle to me the estimate from your insurance company was inaccurate and underwritten. We were able to work with your insurance company and get thousands more for you. I hope in the grand scheme of things that helps. That kind of thing take time and money to do. As for as the check being deposited in our acctetc. That happens ever day. We process a lot of vehicles. Checks comes in and out, and stop pay and refunds are issued all the time. You requested on the 4th for a refund, I had a cashiers check on the 5th and sent you a screen shot of it. That's a fast as I can possibly do it...One day like I said.Again, I'm really am sorry for the damage to your vehicle and the hurdles you're facing to fix it. Unfortunately many people in Denver are in similar situations. That is why I highly recommended giving it back to you. I can't compensate customers for time without their vehicle as we've lost money on this deal, but I do wish you the best of luck with the repairs. Thanks,

storm and work for about 60 days before they are off to the next city and storm.   At the start of 2018 we went through the storm affected area's of the greater Denver area to let customers know that we are doing one more pass through to offer our services to fix any vehicles that were damaged in the May 2017 Storm.   I can assure you we take all phone calls and complaints very serious, I am not sure what the above referenced parking lot address is or what part of town it is in.  However I can assure you that if we did receive phone calls from said security or personal about this lot that we did indeed stop marketing our services in that location.    Furthermore if this individual would like to reach out and speak with the Owner of HailCo I can personally make sure his vehicle never gets another flyer from our company.   ThanksHailCo
