maintenance, nail pops, wear and tear. We do not make promises for something is not in our hands, that has to do a lot with the adjuster that is assigned with the claim. Every adjuster has a different point view.

They did make promises, they promised that they would prove to the adjuster that there was weather damage they did not do that. they told me there was a lot of weather damage but when the adjuster said he did not see any, they quietly got in there truck and left without saying a word about the weather damage.

YES, THEY MIGHT OF SEEN DAMAGE TO THE ROOF, WE COULD SAY ONE THING BUT THE ADJUSTER MIGHT SEE ANOTHER. IT IS NOT UP TO US, IT'S UP TO THE INSURANCE. IF IT WOULD BE THAT SIMPLE EVERY ONE WOULD HAVE A NEW ROOF LAST YEAR. WE CAN'T CONTROL WHAT EVERY INSURANCE ADJUSTER SAYS OR SEES TO EVERY HOMEOWNER. The problem is the lifted shingles that were later found out to be nail pops were described as weather damage by Hailguard if they simply told me hey you have lifted shingles caused by nail pops we wouldnt be here right now, but they did not hailguard are experts at roof damage I am not I was trusting hailguard in there opinion that there was weather damage. If there was nail popping the day that the adjuster came out then there was nail popping the first day that hailguard knocked on my door telling me about all the weather damage. lets face the fact that your people lied to me about the weather damage hoping to secure another job reguardless of the out come for me

Just got our Roof done. It looks fantastic! Everyone at Hailguard were great to work with. Their roofing crew were hard workers and stuck with the job. I'd recommend them any day!
