I am rejecting this response because:no that's not true yes you did help me but the ficus when I brought it back I told me about the Chrysler n I kept telling you there is something wrong and you didn't tell me about the warranty anything bout the warranty till I came n told you about the ticking noice and the lady told me from the finance company they also have been trying to reach you I have her name as well I shouldn't have all these problems with this car months in and out the shop I haven't got to experience having a new car

I am rejecting this response because:at first you were nice I'll give you that but as soon as I told you the second day that there was something wrong with the car I got that car on9/that car left me on the side of the rode that noice that I told you cost it had a exhaust leek it's needed a battery a alternator exhaust manifold and that warranty that you told me nothing about only covered the alternator I hthat car has been in n out of the shop since10/I have had to borrow cars *** the lift missed work I have had the car towed twice and me paying for a warranty that I had no idea about when I don't need to be cause it has a warranty that comes with the cari finally got me car back bout almost two weeks ago I have the paperwork what money it clearly states on my contract on buying the car I put 2000.00down and Also you lied bout ther cars that too the car wasn't wrecked cause you we're is that far fax paper you showed me I have more paper work that shows everything

ford andt hey did some updates and told you that the car has no issues bit still you insisted that the car is still have issues and the truth the car had no issues because the customer who bought it after is one of the happiest customers ever and they love the car and not a single complain about the car.[redacted] came back and you chose a different car that you test drove and called you son and asked him which one you should take between the focus or the 200 and he told you take the Chrysler 200. Asked you right there if that's what you want and you said yes so I changed it for you after going through hard times getting you financed on the first with the fake pay tubs that you made at home fake. You called me the next day stating that one of the tires are bad and I had a new set for the 4 tires and you called me again for oil change and I met you in person at the lube place and paid for it for you. I did everything to help you from day one even though you gave me a check with no funds, and still didn' get paid yet for your down payment months later. I called you and left you messages and texted you and no replies from you and I have all record of my calls, so please don't state that I'm not responding to your calls. You would've get more help if you really contacted me and every single customer who bought from me knows that

Im rejecting you response because what you are claiming is not true, the finance company called me and spoke to them and they told that you are having an issue and told them ill take of her but the problem is that you wont even respond to my calls because you know that you still owe me down payment. im a nice person and still. Always took care care of all my customers, so this is what I will do:bring me the receipts for the work that is done and if it exceeds what you owe as far as down payment, ill pay you the difference and I think thats more than fare.
